I have requested clarification from UCOP HR around the implementation of this release.  The guidance we received indicates that this should be applied after Monthly Reporting / Maintenance for any given campus.



As such we are planning to reschedule the execution of this until 7/3/13.  If you provided an alternate date we will honor that one.

Subject: Request for Approval - R2074 - Other Postemployment Benefits Rate (OPEB) for Fiscal Year 2013/14



We have R2074 in hand for installation.



This release will set the Other Postemployment Benefits Rate (OPEB) for Fiscal Year 2013/14.



In specific it sets the system parameter 126 to reflect the new value of $3.24.



The rate must be updated after the processing of June 2013 earnings but prior to payment of July 2013 earnings.



We plan to apply this update for all campuses on 6/17/2013 (evening).
