R1455 is the annual 1042-S release, and as in the case of the r1441
W2 release, the changes are minor this year:

- References to tax year 2001 are changed to 2002

- Hard-coded logic for editing SSN in three programs (PP1042SF,
   PP1042SR, and PP1042ST) has been replaced with standard
   definitions and logic contained in copymembers CPWSXSSN
   and CPPDXSSN, which were issued in r1441.

- Comments have been added to copymember CPPDXSSN to
   identify which programs use that SSN edit routine.

There are no table updates.
