The problem with the *NetBase titles has been resolved. Titles on the
*NetBase platforms are available again.

Full text from the *NetBase titles (eg. MilitaryNetBase, EngNetBase,
etc.) are not currently available. CRC reports that a server went down
and they are currently working on bringing it back up.  CRC expects the
*NetBase titles to be available later this afternoon.
