Hi all, Some UC users have reported experiencing problems when attempting to access the Wiley Current Protocol titles from the CDL Directory or from the Wiley Interscience HELP page. The message users are seeing is: ========================================== Error The requested item could not be loaded by the proxy. This Location (URL) is not recognized: file:/tserver.dll?command=doGetUserHelp&sUI=&database=CPHELP&useScheme=Default.Scheme&getDoc=Help.html Check the Location and try again. Proxy server at jws-edck.interscience.wiley.com on port 8097 ========================================== CDL staff members are working with Wiley to resolve this problem, but we do not yet have a time-frame for the fix. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Please share this information with your colleagues.
