Hi, Thanks to all of you who called in and helped us determine the extent of the WOS access problem. Here is an update: We have now received problem reports from all campuses except UCLA. As Jayne indicated below, this has been reported to ISI, but we have not heard back from them about a fix. Please share this information with your colleagues.
