Hi,
The Gale InfoTrac IP recognition system is experiencing difficulties.  Some
UC campus IP addresses are not being properly recognized.  Users
experiencing this problem have been getting a "The connection has timed
out." message from Gale.  Gale has identified the cause of the problem and
is reconfiguring their load balancing system to resolve this issue. While
this is being done, users may experience problems getting to Gale
resources, including:

Expanded Academic ASAP
Associations Unlimited
Literature Resource Center
The Declassified Documents Reference System
Eighteenth Century Collections Online
