Error - template LAYOUT-DATA-WRAPPER not found

Hi all,

We have had some reports that users are not able to access Eureka
databases, even when going in through the CDL Directory.

When these users clear their cache in Netscape or delete their temporary
Internet files in Microsoft Explorer and then try again they are able to
connect to the Eureka databases.
