Hi all RLG now has a web page that has "updates on our work to improve performance on the migrated databases, with tips for avoiding some reported problems. Fixes to previously reported problems are noted at the end of this page. " The page will be updated twice a day. http://www.rlg.org/en/page.php?Page_ID=400 Please check this page before reporting problems. FYI, the problem that was reported yesterday, still seems to be in effect: >We have had some reports that users are not able to access Eureka >databases, even when going in through the CDL Directory. > >When these users clear their cache in Netscape or delete their temporary >Internet files in Microsoft Explorer and then try again they are able to >connect to the Eureka databases.
