This just in from the vendor:
The Taiwan Electronic Periodical Service and National Palace Museum
Online websites will be unavailable this weekend due to a system
upgrade. These websites will be unavailable beginning on Saturday, 30
August, at 3:00 PM, Pacific Time and ending on Sunday, 31 August at 3:00
AM, Pacific Time.
