This is a technical release that will not affect you functionally.  In fact,
it's not expected to have any impact of any of our payroll sites, but still
must be installed.

The Web portion of PPS can be run on several different platforms, and
r1504 addresses issues that can arise in Web-based EDB Inquiry
in one particular environment, specifically, if it's being run on a
Windows Server.  One issue concerns the behavior of the application
when a DB2 error is encountered.  The other concerns naming of HTML
blocks.  We run Web-based Inquiry on the mainframe and have not
encountered these problems, however, applying the r1504 changes will
enable us to stay in sync with Base Payroll without any adverse impact.
