Release 1494, issued this morning, consists of only CICS Help
text updates and nothing else.  The purpose of these changes is to
correct errors in the display for the Reviewer column titled "Primary"
on the ENPR Notification Preparation screen.

The legal values for the field are 'P', meaning, yes, this is the
primary reviewer, and blank, meaning, no, it is not, however the
old help text (from r1415) incorrectly stated that the values are
'Y' and 'N'.

We've gotten a couple of reports from you about the problem,
and Bruce reported it to Base Payroll yesterday.  At that time
we didn't know that a release would be issued so quickly, so Bruce
went ahead and applied the changes as a local mod.  Now it's
official.
