This release will have no effect on you; it's just a matter of installing it
to keep our COBOL libraries up to date and in sync with Base Payroll.

R1453 modifies only one program, PPP950, which is used in campus
'open provisions' processing.  We've only run it for one of our sites
(Santa Cruz), and not in about the last two years, so I'm assuming
that a local process has taken its place.  (Don, let me know if my
assumption is incorrect.)

Open provisions processing runs off the payscale file, and you may
recall that back in r1376, the 'sub-location' field was added to the
payscale file layout and was made part of the key.  That took care
of PPS, but not campus open provisions processing.  Now in r1453,
PPP950 is modified to read the new layout.

There are no table updates.
