This web PAN release consists of one fixit and one performance
enhancement:

- The fixit corrects this problem:  '....from the Web PAN inbox, if
   the user clicks on "click here to specify selection criteria:, the
   selection criteria entry screen has a large empty header section,
   requiring that the user scroll down to enter the selection criteria
   and press the submit button.'

- The other modification is a technical change to DB2 coding that
   improves the response time on initial entry to the inbox or when
   the submit button is pressed from the notification selection screen.

There are no changes to batch or CICS processing, and no table
updates.
