Program PPP560 groups together data for related insurance plans
by assigning a common sort key code.  That's been working fine
until new record type '04' for employees with a Foreign Indicator value
of 'F' was introduced in release 1536.  Those type '04' records were
incorrectly always assigned the original plan code codes rather using
the group code when appropriate.  R1545 corrects that error.

There are no table updates.

Installation of r1545 is date-mandated to occur before the next monthly
reporting cycle.  May we have your ok to implement?
