Release 1466 consists of miscellaneous benefits-related fixes
in response to error reports:

- PPP420 is modified "to correctly translate medical, dental,
   vision and legal coverage codes when those codes reflect
   domestic partner relationships, i.e., codes UX, UH, and UXY."

- PPP561 is modified to apply a sort key of B1 to negative
   Blue Cross adjustments as it already does for positive adjustments

- PPWERET was modified to enable paging forward when there
   are more than a page full of entries.

There are no table updates for r1466.  Ok to install?
