Release 1452 consists of minor fixes to PPP130 "type 5" EDB
updates, that is, the nightly processing of transactions representing
employee updates on the web.

- 'The two error reports, PPPESTRP1 and PPPESTRP3, do not print
   the final detail lines for the last employee on the report(s) unless
   at least one of the error was an "employee not on EDB".'

- A flag is set to force calculation of salary bases by PPEI720 when the
   first employee is encountered who has the necessary trigger conditions,
   i.e., a change to Disability Wait Time, Life Insurance Plan Code, or
   Medical Plan Code.  That works fine, however the flag remains set for
   all employees following that one, resulting in unnecessary processing
   and potential confusion.

R1452 corrects both problems.  There are no table updates.
