This is the annual W-2 release, and this year the changes are
very minor:

- As usual, the year number on the form itself is changed.
- A country code of "KR", for "Kirbati", is added to copymember
   CPWSXTRC.

There are no table updates.

Each year when we implement the W-2 release, in addition to the
usual release testing, we also run a full volume simulation of what the
production process will look like, and we send the exception reports
to you for followup in old year cleanup computes.  In most years
we're too rushed to consider this, but this year I'd like, once I have your
approval, to install the release in production and then have my group
run the full volume tests pointing to the actual production old year EDB
and CTL.  That will save them having to load copies of production data
into all of the test environments.
