Release 1550 consists of only CICS help updates for these insurance plans:

- change medical plan code 'NH' (Blue Premier HMO New Mexico) from
   active to previously valid status

- add 'DH' and 'SE' to the list of valid medical plans

- change legal plan code 'J1' from active to previously valid status


May we have your ok to implement?  Bruce will install in production
and acceptance for all sites at one time.
