Release 1523 enhances PPS with the addition of an annual amount and
termination end date for the Dependent Care Assistance Program
(DepCare) in a manner similar to what was done in r1440 for the
Health Care Reimbursement Account (HCRA).  There's a great deal
of information about the changes available in the release documents,
but here are some high points.

- The DepCare termination date is added as data element 0315 to
   the BEN table.  This requires DB2 structure changes.

- The amount, if not already present, will be calculated for the number
   of months remaining in the year and will be added to the DBL table
   by one-time program PPOT1523 as a U balance for GTN 335.  This
   GTN number is already defined, but is modified via table update in
   r1523 to remove the minimum and maximum values, which are moved
   to system parameters 096 and 097 respectively.  Per the release
   programmer, there are not likely to be many entries added.  If the
   employee was added via the IVR process, the U balance already
   exists; it's only if the DepCare signup was via CICS that it would
   be missing and need to be added.

- Annual Depcare amount will be displayed in IDOCs, and as a
   consequence of the GTN table update, will be viewable on the
   IRTR screen.

- Both the annual amount and termination date will be included in
   in the IVR feed and in the Corporate Personnel Employee and
   SHPS interface files. They will be updateable on the CICS ERET
   screen and will be viewable on the web ppwwiben screen.

   and maximum amounts

IMPLEMENTATION
   R1523 is date-mandated to be installed no later than October 31st.
