Greetings;
This e-mail is to notify you that we will install the changes to the LX bargaining unit Health and Welfare rate as specified in the Tentative Agreement ratified on April 1, 2019.

The effective date of these changes means that they will be applicable starting with the Bi-weekly cycle for PPE 6/1/2019.

No action is required on your part.  If you have questions, comments, or concerns please let us know.
