Release 1572 is the next of several releases that remove SSN from
parts of the system.  R1560 removed SSN from an assortment of
CICS screen headers.  This one removes SSN from various online
reports:

- the standardized header blocks for online history reporting, i.e., the
   entire set of IHHR reports

- both the portrait format and landscape format IDOC personnel reports

Note that a few of the IDOCs have a continuing, functional need to
display SSN in the body of the document.  For these, wording has
been added to ask the employee to verify that their social security
number is correct:

- Summary of Initial Hire or Rehire
- Summary of UC Benefits Enrollment
- Summary of Retirement and Saving Program Information
