Release 1530 issues a new template for W-4/DE4 tax reporting in 2004.
At this stage, only the year number has changed from the 2003 version.
If/when additional changes are issued by the Employment Development
Department (EDD), a replacement will be released by Base Payroll.

This release contains no program code changes or table updates.
It only issues the template, to be stored in the DB2 W4D table.

May we have your ok to load the new template?
