Greetings!
This release addresses three PPS issues that were identified as needing base PPS changes.

- The IBN2 screen processing has been changed to prevent incorrect Legal Coverage End Dates from being displayed.
- There has been a change that prevents PPS failures when an history index is missing.
- There has been a change to the way we track months with three Bi-Weekly pay cycles in them.  

These changes have been verified by QA.
