R1469 removes code for American Century Investments from the
CPWSXNGO copymember, the effect being to stop ACH (direct
deposit) transmissions for American Century deductions. This
action is being taken because PPS can not accommodate their
requirement that each employee deduction have a specific
account number.
After these changes are implemented, a listing of American Century
deductions will no longer be part of PPP430 reporting, therefore
the service request (#80384) directs that a PPP490 deduction
report for GTN number 284 be produced on a compute basis.
Attached to the SR on the web is a sample of PPP490 AT/DR
cards, and I understand that payroll managers were sent a
followup communication saying that the ID option should be
changed from 'I' to 'C'. We can take care of this for you,
and unless you direct otherwise, we'll set the report
identification to the GTN number.
There are no table updates.
R1469 is designated as urgent and should be installed before
the next compute if possible, which makes it our top priority.
Note: ASUCLA and Hastings are not currently using
GTN Surepay facilities, so the urgency does not apply to them,
however the release still must be installed.
Ok to install?
