As you may already know, based on communications from Payroll
Coordination to the various payroll offices, a minor code adjustment
is required to ensure that our federal tax reporting files will be in the
correct format and therefore will not be rejected.  The adjustment was
issued this afternoon as release 1619 and consists of minor changes
to one copymember, CPWSTXTP.  Our thanks go out to Lou Browdy
at Santa Barbara who discovered the problem when examining full
volume production simulation output.

The changes will simply cause a zero instead of spaces to be written to
two Employer-Contributions-to-a-Health-Savings-Account fields.  These
fields are never used at UC, and it's only a change to formatting.

There's almost nothing to the change, just two lines of modified code and
a release flowerbox, so it will be quick to install, but it is urgent due
to the
W2 tax reporting that is almost upon us.  San Diego's is most urgent, with
tax reporting scheduled for tonight.
