Berkeley reported two glitches in the PPP700 costing program
that are addressed by r1497. These are technical changes and
won't be visible to you.
One was that the program could fail because a recent DDG table
utility program had not been added to the bind statements. The
other was a long-standing issue of DB2 abends not resulting in
a return code of 8 or 9 to alert Production Control when there is
a problem.
There are no table updates.
It's advisable to get r1497 installed as soon as possible for the
campuses. ASUCLA and Hastings do not run PPP700, but the
release still must be installed. Ok to install?
