Recently, in r1461, the PPP770 union reporting program was modified
to have different options (MONTHLY, WEEKLY, and REPLACE) and
to send different selections of data for each.  In r1467 there are
further modifications to MONTHLY processing.

Previously, in MONTHLY cycles, only partial data was sent for
employees who had changes since the last reporting period.  After
installation of r1467, full data similar to that for added employees
will be sent for employees with changes.

There are no table updates.

Installation of r1467 is date-mandated to occur after the WEEKLY run
of PPP770 (job PP*IFD) on Monday 2/24 and before the MONTHLY run
on Monday 3/3.

Ok to install in that timeframe?
