Release 1477 consists of additional modifications to the interface
between PPS and UCRS.

- Program PPI730 is modified to send Appointment Representation
   Code and Title Unit Code on the monthly MEM730 interface file.
   Per the release letter, "This additional information will facilitate
   researching inquiries from UC Labor Relations as well as unions
   and the State Legislature."  In addition, filler space for future use
   is added to the record layout, increasing its length from 8164 to
   12764.

- Program PPI750 is modified to display the same two additional
   fields to the PPI7502 report.

There are no table updates.

Like r1476, installation of r1477 is date-mandated to occur in time for
the next (March) monthly reporting cycle.  Ok to install?
