Release 1501 issues a one-time program, PPOT1501, for CX base-
building pay increases, and thus can be skipped for ASUCLA and Hastings.
The two input files are from the prospective CX range and merit processes
effective 10/01/02. Using that data, reports and a tab-delimited file are
produced.
- The installation instructions indicate that the tab-delimited file is to be
given a dataset name of: FTPUSRn.PUT.CXWAGES.Y2003
which of course will be available for any local use you might have.
- The reports are as follows:
OT15011 - a control report listing the number of employees reported,
record counts for range and merit input files, and the
record
count for the tab-delimited output file.
OT15012 - CENTRAL OFFICE REPORT OF BASE PAY CHANGES - CX
employee id number sequence. Per release documents,
3 copies are to be produced for local HR who will
then provide
one of the copies to CUE and another to UCOP Labor
Relations.
OT15013 - DEPARTMENTAL REPORT OF BASE PAY CHANGES - CX
employee id sequence within department
OT15014 - EXCEPTION REPORT
R1501 is date mandated, "and the one-time program must be run as soon
as practicable after all base pay changes affecting CX Covered employees
under the current CX contract have been completed."
May we have your ok to install and to run the one-time program when
input files are available?
