The purpose of release 1549 is to add information to several interface files.

The (home) department location indicator is being added to UCRS,
IVR/web, and Corporate Personnel interface files.  Additionally,
the assigned BELI value will be included in the UCRS interface.

Some background information:  department location indicator, an attribute
of department code in the home department table, is intended to identify
the site sub-division an employee is part of.  Current legal values are:

   C or blank = Campus
   M = Medical Center
   P = Office of the President
   A =  Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources

These values are being added in r1549, necessitating a modification
to the HME table update edit routine:

   V = Merced
   E = Continuing Education of the Bar
   B = UC Press - Books
   J = UC Press - Journals

Here's an inventory of the location indicator values now in use in our HME
tables:

DV - a mixture of C, M, and blank.
RV - all blank
SC - one department is using C; the rest are blank
SB - all filled in: a few using P values; the rest are set to C
AS - all blank
HA - all blank

As all of our sites except Davis are general campuses, blank and C are
probably ok, though it wouldn't hurt for you to review and update if needed.
Davis, I notice that approximately 50 '929nnn' 'UCD MEDICAL CENTER'
departments have blank location indicator values.  Also I'm not certain
what's appropriate for these, which also have blank values:

029993                          SCHOOL OF MED - MAP

Would you mind taking a look and scheduling table updates if they're required?

R1549 includes message table updates: one new and one modified
message.

IMPLEMENTATION

   R1549 is date-mandated to be installed before the next monthly
reporting cycle.  May we have your ok to install?
