When the START program was first introduced in release 1482,
we established two new DOS codes: RTP (Reduction in Time) and
RTS (Reduction in Time-Shift).  Now in r1509 a third START DOS
code is being added: RTB (Reduction in Time-Stipend).

Template table update transactions are provided in the release,
and we can set up RTB in production if you'll provide us with a
sequence number.  Note: Davis and SC already have RTB in
production.

In addition to the table update, r1509 issues a modification to
copymember CPWSTART, simply to add RTB to the list of START
DOS codes.  It also modifies program PPP695 to add RTB to
START reporting.

May we have your ok to install?  And, where appropriate, please
let us know what DOS sequence number you'd like to use for RTB.
