Release 1493 applies a correction to two online rush check programs,
PPRCOPT1 and PPRCOPT2.  Prior to this release, the programs
identify Faculty Summer Salary by requiring the DOS code FCSS
indicator to be non-blank, but that has the unfortunate side effect of
including 'RTP' (START) activity.  R1493 changes the test to look
for an FCSS indicator value of 'Y'.

There are no table updates.
