UC Libraries Colleagues,
The updated University of California Libraries, Annual Systemwide Plan and Priorities, 2015-2016 is now available from the Council of University Librarians (CoUL) at: http://libraries.universityofcalifornia.edu/groups/files/coul/docs/FY_1516_annual_plan_and_priorities_08-10-2015.pdf.
It is linked from the Vision and Priorities page of the UC Libraries website:

In order to provide more focus and clarity, CoUL adjusted the timeframe of the Systemwide Plan and Priorities from a rolling five-year span to a single year. Long-range goals have been added to the Vision and Priorities web page. The Annual Systemwide Plan and Priorities details CoUL's priorities for the coming year, corresponding to the long-range goals enumerated on the website. The document will be updated as each priority has a designated group (or groups) within the UC Libraries Advisory Structure assigned to it.
