The Lexis-Nexis databases, such as Academic Universe, Congressional Universe, etc., have been unavailable to do problems at Lexis-Nexis. Lexis-Nexis has been notified about the problems and will be correcting the situation as soon as possible. Below is further information from Lexis-Nexis.

We are experiencing problems with all of the products, intermittent slow response or no response as was reported to me earlier in the morning. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on resolving these issues as soon as possible.
