12:01 - 10 AM on Monday, January 20, 2003 (MJK Jr. Day).  The affected
services are:
              * Melvyl Catalog and the Periodical Titles databases (web)
              * Counting California
              * Request (interlibrary loan/document delivery)
              * eScholarship
              * JARDA (Japanese American Relocation Digital Archives)
