Problems have been reported with UC-eLinks, the service that links
article citations to full text, library holdings and to the Request
service (for interlibrary loan and document delivery).
At the present time, when you click on ...
- the link for full text from the UC-eLinks menu, a "500
Internal Server Error" message displays
- the link for holdings in the Melvyl Catalog/Periodicals
databases, the home page for the CAT and PE databases displays (instead
of the search results for the periodical or monograph, etc.)
- the link for Request service, a "500 Internal Server
Error" message displays.
We are currently working with Ex Libris to resolve the problems and
hope to have UC-eLinks working again as soon as possible. Please
share this information with your colleagues.
