CDL has recently learned that problems with ProQuest account maintenance
have caused the full text of all ejournals available via ProQuest's
ABI/INFORM Global database to be temporarily unavailable.  Please be
advised that we are very much aware of the situation and are working with
ProQuest to correct the problems and to restore electronic access as
quickly as possible.

We hope to have the full text of ejournals available via ABI/INFORM Global
functioning again by tomorrow, March 6, 2003.  Please share this
information with your colleagues.
