Chadwyck-Healy is experiencing problems with their authentication system,
and access to their databases and full text is unavailable. Links
into Chadwyck-Haly full text from UC-eLinks will not work. Chadwyck-Healy
staff are working on resolving this problem, but cannot give us a
time-estimate for the fix.
Symptoms of problem:
Users may be prompted for logon/password or receive a 404 error that
says:
type Status report
message /WEB-INF/jsp/error.jsp
description The requested resource (/WEB-INF/jsp/error.jsp) is not
available.
