Due to scheduled network outages, none of the CDL services will be
available between 12:01 - 3:00 AM on Sunday, February 5, 2006 and again
from 12:01 - 3:00 AM on Sunday, February 19, 2006.  Because the
network into and out of UCOP headquarters will be affected, CDL services
will be completely unavailable during these times.
