On Sunday, December 9, 2007 between 3 PM - 11 PM, users will
not be able to log into their Melvyl profiles or access any saved information
because of the Melvyl software upgrade. Users wanting to Request
(Interlibrary Loan/Document Delivery) items will need to type their library
card numbers (and any other information normally stored in their profiles)
directly into the Request form.
During the profile freeze, users will be notified of the
unavailability of their profiles and saved information when they click on the
Sign In link at the top of the Melvyl screen. A message will also be placed on
the Request interface.
