CDL has received the following downtime notice from OCLC.  Please share this information with your colleagues.

In order to complete critical maintenance on the network Load Balancing hardware, all OCLC services will be shutdown from 11:00 PM on Saturday, May 2 - 3:00 AM PDT Sunday morning, May 3. During this period support staff will be performing an upgrade to the existing network Load Balancer hardware.  The upgrade is being installed this weekend to address a recently discovered hardware problem that could result in an unexpected failure and unscheduled downtime.

This maintenance will impact all OCLC production services, including (but not limited to) WorldCat Local, FirstSearch and WorldCat Resource Sharing.

While it is not anticipated that the work will consume the entire 11:00 PM - 3:00 AM period, this will ensure time is available to address any issues or problems that might arise. We apologize for the short notice on this. Please let us know if you have any questions.
