Currently, there are problems connecting to online content at JSTOR.org. There are two servers down and JSTOR is trying to load-balance as best they can under the circumstances. If users cannot access JSTOR.org content, JSTOR technical
support staff suggest users close their existing browser session and try re-opening the URL to the JSTOR content in a new browser window. The new window may connect via one of JSTOR’s working servers.
JSTOR technical support staff are working on resolving the problems with the two non-functioning servers and hope to have access completely restored later today.
