WEST accomplishments and member benefits (April 10, 2014) The Western Regional Storage Trust (WEST) has launched into its next three-year phase (Phase 2, 2014-2016.) During this next phase, WEST will strive to reach sustainability and will build upon the significant accomplishments of its first three years to provide continued value to its members.... WEST Invoicing 2014 (April 14, 2014) WEST will issue member fee invoices in May/June for the calendar year 2014. New Archive Holders in Cycle 4 (April 18, 2014) WEST will invite many more member institutions to serve as Archive Holders in Archive Cycle 4 (2014-2015). WEST is currently completing its annual regional collections analysis for Archive Cycle 4 and has identified deep backfiles for potential archiving by members that have not yet served as Archive Holders. By distributing responsibilities more broadly, WEST has responded to members' desire to participate more fully in the program and support the development of our regional archives... (April 30, 2014) The "WEST Phase 2 Assessment Survey 2014" ran from March 5, 2014 through March 24, 2014. Thank you to all participants! We received a very good response rate, with a total of 96 respondents. The results were representative of numerous stakeholders who participate in WEST activities, and representative of 60% of the institutional membership...
