We've resolved the problem with Merritt storage, and ingests should start being processed again. If you've made any submissions this afternoon, they have been likely sitting in a queue. Subject: problem with merritt

We did a quick restart of Merritt earlier this afternoon, but it didn't recover. Some items cannot be retrieved from storage, and ingests will queue up until we resolve the issue. We do restarts periodically when updating the software, and they typically take just a minute, so we don't generally notify you. I'll let you know when we've resolved the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience.
