We're seeing normal download speeds from SDSC this morning. We haven't determined what caused the problem yesterday; SDSC reported no problems. Some download requests just time out. We're not sure what's causing it, but we've contacted SDSC to try to determine the cause. This problem affects content in restricted collections. Content in public collections use AWS as the primary storage node, and should not experience any slow transfer rates. We'll provide updates as we learn more. Let us know if you have questions.
