Just confirming that this issue has been fixed, all campuses should have IP access to the Elsevier resources.

There are currently problems with accessing multiple Elsevier resources (ScienceDirect, Clinics, Reaxys, Cell, Compendex, Handbooks, as well as Embase and Scopus for those that subscribe)

 

This issue has been reported to Elsevier. According to Elsevier technical support this access issue is affecting other institutions as well, not just University of California.

 

Please note, if you have a personalized user account on the ScienceDirect platform, you may be able to access Elsevier resources when logged in with that account. As well, these access problems may be intermittent.
