Greetings:
We have received a system parameter update release (2080) the effect of which will be to change the following:
    PERS Employer Contribution Rate to                      21.121%
    PERS FICA Employer Contribution Rate to              21.121%

We plan to implement this with the changes for R2079 (already approved) on 7/9/2013.
