Good morning, 
Base Payroll released an addendum (a new program PPO1969A) to Release 
1969 Thursday afternoon.  This program is a variation on the original R1969 
one-time and will genrerate lump sum payments for those employees who did 
not receive payment when we ran the original one-time because they had no 
BX eligible appointment data on EDB, yet did have eligible earnings on PAR.  

PPO1969A will create standard costing transactions and a tab-delimited file 
with a record for each employee for whom a lump sum has been produced. 

Please send us your OK to install and run the program, as well as your 
preference for the compute into which you'd like the transactions processed.
