Release 1973 addresses an error reported concerning program PPP711. 

Program PPP711 creates two interface files for the Corporate Personnel 
System (FCP).  Currently, under certain conditions the Legal Coverage 
Effective Date in the dependent interface file is not populated.  This release 
modifes PPP711 to correct that problem. 

There are no table updates. 

If possible, we'd like to install this release for all locations on Thursday, April 
14.

May we have your OK to install in production?
