Payroll release 1978 is an urgent update to the Systems Paramter Table and 
the Earned Income Credit Table.  The Advance EIC has been eliminated by the 
IRS, and therefore all references to EIC amounts in the PPS must be "zeroed 
out". 

The release is marked as urgent, with instructions to implement as soon as 
possible.  

May we have your permission to schedule and run the appropriate table 
updates per the release?
